What do I need to sign up?
As long as you're eligible to join JustGiving, we'll tell you everything you need at the start of your application. As a heads up, you'll need your bank account details and you may need proof of your non-profit status, and we'll also ask you to send us a few things in the post.
You'll have the chance to invite other people to join in and lend you a helping hand with your application and our friendly support team are also here to answer any of your questions and make sure you're live on JustGiving as soon as possible.
How long does it take?
Once you've filled out the online form, post us the required documents we outline at the end of the application process. Providing all the information is correct, we'll work really hard to make sure your organisation is up and running and ready to take donations within one working day of receiving your paperwork in the post.
We’ll also send you a welcome email the same day with everything you need to get started straight away.
