If you are based in the UK and have either a charity registration number or a Gift Aid number you'll be able to sign up to our Basic plan so you can raise money by text.
Just head to our sign-up wizard to get your application started.
What do I need to sign up?
1. You'll need your charity number or Gift Aid number to hand. If you only provide us with a Gift Aid number we'll also ask to see a copy of your HMRC letter confirming your Gift Aid eligibility.
2. When you sign up we'll give you the choice to be paid by cheque or by bank transfer (BACS), if you choose cheque you won't need to post us anything. If you choose BACS you'll need to post us one of the following so we can verify where we are sending your donations to:
- an original bank statement (less than three months old) OR
- a stamped and signed headed letter from the bank confirming your account details.

How long does it take?
This depends on how you would like to be paid. If you choose to get paid by cheque, providing all the information you've provided is correct we should be able to get you up and running within one working day. If you have choose to be paid by bank transfer (BACS) you'll need to send us an original bank statement or stamped and signed letter from the bank so we can verify your details, once we receive this we should be able to get you up and running within one working day.
