How can I find out who has supported our Campaign Page?

You can find the details of all your Campaign's donors, fundraisers and their sponsors using your JustGiving reports.

How can I find out who has fundraised for our Campaign?

The easiest way to get a list of the people who have fundraised for your Campaign is to download a fundraising page report:

1. Log in to your charity account.
2. Click on the Reports tab and click on Fundraising page reports.
3. Enter a date range and choose whether to include fundraising pages created, expiring or with an event date. 
4. Choose the format of your report.
5. Click Create report.
6. Click Download report.

If the fundraising page is linked to a Campaign, you will find the Campaign name in the column titled Appeal name.

You can see how much a page has raised in the column titled Total donations, and there are columns with the fundraiser's contact details as well, so you can thank them.

How can I find out who has donated to our Campaign?

The quickest way to find a list of all the donations made to a specific Campaign Page is by using your Donations report:

1. Log in to your charity account.
2. Go to the Reports tab and click on Donation reports.
3. Enter a time period. You can choose to see all the donations made to you in any given week, month or year - you might want to choose the make the start date the date you created the Campaign
4. Choose the file format you want to see your report in.
5. Click Create report.
6. Click Download report.

If the donation was made to a Campaign Page you'll find the Campaign name in the column titled Appeal Name.

If the donor has chosen to share their details with you, you’ll be able to see their details in the relevant columns. If these columns are blank or say Anonymous, the donor has chosen to remain anonymous. Find out more about anonymous donations here.

Donations with a value in the column titled Fundraiser user ID have been to a Fundraising Page linked to a Campaign. The column titled Fundraising Page URL will give you the URL of that fundraising page.

If the value in the column titled Fundraiser user ID shows '0' the donation has been made directly to the Campaign Page.
