Updating your details and managing your email notifications

You can update the following from within your charity account:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your job title
  • Your password
  • Your contact preferences

How do I update my details?

Just follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your charity account.
  2. Go to the Settings tab.
  3. Click on the option you would like to update under Your details & settings.

What automated email notifications can I receive through JustGiving? 

By clicking on Your email preferences you can choose from a list of emails we send which ones you'd like to receive. The two notification emails you can receive are as follows:

  • Fundraising page creation alert – we’ll send you a summary of pages created for your charity.
  • Expiring fundraising page alert we'll send you a weekly summary of expiring pages so you can thank your fundraisers.
