EXISTING CUSTOMERS:

Support for existing US charity customers is provided by Blackbaud’s award winning support team. You’ll need your Blackbaud.com log in in order to get in touch with support.

If you don’t have a Blackbaud.com log in you’ll need to contact your organization’s site administrator who can invite you to create a Blackbaud.com account.  Note your Blackbaud.com log in is different than your Blackbaud Peer-to-Peer Fundraising, powered by JustGiving log in.
