Updating your charity's details

You can update the following from within your charity account:

• Your charity's registered address and contact phone number. We use this for administrative purposes only.
• Your charity's contact email and web address. These show on your JustGiving profile page.

How do I update these details?

Just follow these steps:

1. Log in to your charity account
2. Go to the Settings tab
3. Click on Edit charity details to update your charity address and the contact details displayed on your public profile page

How do I update our charity's name, registration number and/or Gift Aid number?

Please contact the Charity Support Team with these changes and we'll update your account for you.
