To reactivate your Unlimited account, log in to your JustTextGiving account and click on the blue 'Find out more' button, you then be guided to fill out our online form.
If you need a reminder of log-in details just contact us.
At the end of the form you will be prompted to send us a bank statement and ChV1 form to complete your application. If we have previously acted as your Gift Aid agent, then you don’t need to send in the ChV1 form again – if you aren’t sure please get in touch to check.

Once we have received your forms we will reactivate your account within 24-48 hours.
Please note, while you are in the process of upgrading your account you won’t be able to access your JustTextGiving dashboard – but if you have an active text code, it will remain active during this time.
