Why haven’t I received any Gift Aid? (UK Only)

This could be for any of these three reasons:

1. The claim payment from HM Revenue & Customs is pending for your charity. 
2. The agency confirmation is pending for your charity (we’ll send you manual claim forms until we receive this confirmation from HMRC).
3. The manual claim form has not yet been returned by your charity.
