To upgrade your account, log in to your JustGiving Start Plan account and click on the 'Upgrade account' button as below.
The Grow Plan costs £15 (+VAT) a month and gives you access to more features and full reporting for your charity account! You can see the differences between the two plans below:
Please note, while you are in the process of upgrading your account you won’t be able to access your charity's profile page, active Fundraising and Campaign Pages. No new donations can be processed through Campaigns or your main page during this time.
