Can we create multiple nonprofit user accounts?
Yes, there's no limit on the number of users who can have a log in, so anyone at your charity who needs one, can get one. Having your own log in to JustGiving means you can instantly access our tools when you need them and personalise the comms you receive from us. You can add and manage your charity account users from your charity account.
How do I update my charity's address?
Log in to your charity account. Go to the Branding & settings tab. Click on Edit charity details to update your charity address. You can also update the contact details displayed on your public profile page from here.
