Login Problems

I'm having problems choosing a password

Safety and security are always top of mind for us. As such, we are fortifying our password requirements.

Moving forward, passwords:
• Must be at least 12 characters long
• Must include at least one number, a lower or upper case letter and a special character (#,$,%,&,@ etc.)
• Must not include your email, name or a commonly used word.

It is best to exclude words/phrases or previous passwords as you establish your credentials. We also recommend this password be unique to JustGiving.

I've not received my Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) email

If you don't find the email in your inbox or Junk folder, your organisation's email server may have blocked it. Ask your IT admin to allow email from email@contact.justgiving.com and add us to your safe sender list. For steps on how to do this click here.

If you continue to experience problems, we recommend using our alternative MFA option, which will enable you to authenticate via SMS or via a secure mobile app (as well as email). All you need to do is to create a Blackbaud ID (BBID) and link it to your JustGiving account. Find out how to create a BBID and link it to your JustGiving account.

If you already use BBID to login to JustGiving and haven’t received your MFA email, please ask your IT admin to:

Ensure the email server, proxy server, and firewall allow email from @blackbaud.com, @blackbaudondemand.com and @blackbaudemail.netcommunity1.com.

Whitelist this Internet Protocol (IP) range on your email servers or network appliance: 205.139.104.0/22 (205.139.1 - 205.139.107.254).

I don't have access to the email address to receive the email

If you log into JustGiving using someone else's email address, you'll need to add your own email address to the account so you can receive the authentication email. Any of your account admins can add you to the account by following these simple steps:

  1. Log into your JustGiving account click on the 'Settings' tab
  2. Click 'Create and manage users'
  3. Add the user's details to the account

If you aren't sure who is an admin on your account, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Top tip: You can have an unlimited number of contacts on your JustGiving account, so make sure everyone who needs access has their own account!
